Making Uppuma with Mayil Mark Samba Ravai
Ingredients :

1. Mayil Mark Samba Ravai 1 cup (150 g).
2. Onion 50 g (Chopped).
3. Carrot 50 g (Chopped).
4. Beans 50 g (Chopped).
5. Green Chilli 6 to 8 Nos (Chopped).
6. Oil 50 ml.
7. Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
8. Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves (Chopped).
9. Salt to Taste.

How to make Upma with Mayil Mark Samba Ravai :

1. Heat Oil in a vessel and add spices, Garlic paste, onion, green chillies into thin small pieces.
2. Cook the above for 1 min.
3. Add 4 cups of water for 1 cup of Mayil Mark Samba Ravai and add required amount of salt then boil it for 20 minutes.
4. Once vegetables are cooked well remove from flame.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves and mint leaves.
6. Serve hot with raita.
