The wheat for making the Mayil Mark samba rava is selected from the 14 best wheat available in Asia from certain parts of the northern states of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh and brought here safely. These types of wheat are expectationally protein and fiber rich. Notably these types of wheat used to be grown in Coimbatore before 40 or 50 years this acquiring work is done in the months of January to April when they are reaped. The raw materials needed for the whole year is acquired and preserved properly.
